Pros +
- It was modern and clean with a welcoming shared area. The staff and owner is so kind. The owner gave us his own room to leave our luggages and take a shower because we wanted to do late checkout.
- The rooms are clean, stylish, and the bathroom has Sensatia. Moreover, management of the place is the best. He takes care not only of guests, but also of the staff. Very kind to everyone, thank you!
- The room was aesthetically pleasing. The main communal pool was nice. Our room was quiet.
Cons -
- There was missing some basic stuff like kettle and slippers. Also we had a hot tube in the garden but it's impossible to fill it with "hot" water because the tank is runing out of hot water so quickly so you will end up with a cold water tube.
- I feel bad writing this feedback, but travellers should be informed before they make accomodation choices. Our experience wasn't the best.I will start with our Room first: We had the Bumi Suite, and the room was very small for the cost. There were no amenities (no hairdryer, tissues etc). Upon arrival, the room did not feel cool at all despite the fact that the AC had been on for a long time before we arrived. The AC did not cool down the room at all and was very warm even though we had it on the lowest temperature and the highest fan strength. The AC unit was enclosed in a wooden box which was obviously done for aesthetic purposes however this was the reason why the room was not getting cool as the wooden slats prevented the air flow. You could feel the AC immediately as you opened the door but once you took 3 steps inside the room thats where the coolness stopped. We raised this with the staff and it took them 2 days to even come to the room and investigate. The result was pulling the wooden box off which kept the room an acceptable temperature. Daybed by private pool was mouldy.Common Areas: The breakfast are was completely exposed to the morning sun with no shade relief. The sun didn't move until later in the morning around 10am which is annoying for when you want to get an early start. We therefore did not have breakfast 3 mornings out of the 4 we stayed which meant we wasted money. We suggest the hotel invest in some blinds or shades for breakfast area so travellers are able to eat breakfast.Location: The hotel is located in a new developing area off the main roads which had its pluses however, since it was in a new area it was also a black hole for phone reception. The hotel does have Wifi however this did go down for a whole day during our stay which meant we struggled to book a grab. Since it is out of the way you are not able to walk to a main road and flag one down. We had to hotspot to a staffs phone and even their local reception was bad.

Quiet and peaceful but also only a short drive to reach the busier spots. Gorgeous accommodation and staff were brilliant and so friendly. Breakfast also lovely!
Very nice place ❤️The best breakfast. Friendly staff. the hotel is the same as in the photo. quiet street .
Great location, Lovely helpful staff. Property was very clean and well kept - same with the room. Will stay here again!
It's really suitable if you have been to Bali and want to more private and secluded area. Best if you rent a motorcycle but maybe not for first timers.
Quite out of the way.
Stayed 5 nights and the only thing I regret - is not staying for more. Perfect location in Bingin, 10 minutes away by scooter/ grab from all awesome food l places. The hotel is cozy, new, well-conditioned. With nice cute breakfasts and freshly squeezed tropical juice. Great chill area by the pool. Can absolutely recommend ?☀️ and big thanks to a kind and friendly staff
Location is great and slightly outside the hustle and bustle! The staff are really helpful and the breakfast is great.
A kettle and mini fridge in the room would have been helpful.
Nice ,clean and good location.Super friendly staff ❤️
Not enough hot water for bathtub.
The staff, location, facilities and inclusions.
Being picky but the bed was very hard and not much room to hang wet togs and clothes etc.
The property was beautifully decorated throughout, everything felt luxurious, the room was nice and cool and saw no bugs or anything inside which was great. The staff were super welcoming and helpful, and made us feel right at home. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of food and drinks. If I were in Uluwatu again I’d definitely come back!
Do wish in the shower there would’ve been some shelves I understand they’re going for a minimalistic aesthetic but having the shower gels/ shampoos on the floor was not ideal
Clean comfortable rooms all staff friendly and helpful location excellent will definitely stay again for sure
Notting not to like here keep up the good work
Everything . Cool rooms . Bath outside . Daily breakfast . The decor .
Only the pool was a bit warm but it’s minor inconvenience.
Modern room and facilities, friendly staff and nice pool area
So clean and fresh. Lovely, attentive staff and cosy feel. Would 100% stay again!
The rooms are designed well with floor to ceiling windows and lush, green plants. The courtyard/pool area is very clean and aesthetic looking. The pool is so nice and very well maintained with perfect temperature. Breakfast included with our stay was amazing and super flavourful!
While we mostly had positive experiences during our stay, we did have a couple issues. Upon arrival, we found that hot water wasn’t working. We had to wait over a day to get that sorted, but eventually it was and then it was all good. The bed frame is designed such that it’s really easy to bump your shins on while walking around the room. The rooms will benefit from items such as a microwave, kettle and a mini fridge.
Amazing location, wonderful and very helpful staff, great brekkie and lovely garden & pool to relax in.
No complaints, it was great! Maybe just a couple of additional amenities in the room but I also liked the minimalist interior.
The place was amazing. Staff were helpful and eager to help with any questions. Food was amazing. Perfect location to unwind and relax. We will definitely stay here again!
Great location, very clean and modern, breakfast was great and the staff were so accomodating
